At Sienna Swim, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn with original tags and hygiene liners intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your swimwear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are still attached to the garments.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
